Regina Ketter, Founder/CEO of Alluring Affairs

After countless experiences throughout my 20 plus years of Military service as a Naval Officer and utilizing planning daily to achieve mission objectives, I developed a distinctive skill. I utilized those skills, along with the ability to be detailed and well organized to create multiple events for close friends and family. Each time it became more apparent that I’d uncovered my passion.

My love for planning and creating led to the establishment of Alluring Affairs in 2019. After completing my Masters Degree in Cyber Security at St. Leo University in the same year, I proceeded with my full-time career as an Information Professional Officer in the U.S. Navy.

On this journey, I’ve had the opportunity and pleasure to both serve and lead. While I love serving my country, my entrepreneurial spirit has remained steadfast. Originally from Forrest City, Arkansas, I am now a proud resident of Virginia. When I am not planning, you can find me spending time with my husband, Toweh, close family, and friends.
